Submission Rules

All photographs submitted to the Online Photo Club must be your original work. Photos should be in JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats and must not exceed 10 MB in file size. Please avoid submitting any offensive or copyrighted material. Members may submit one photo per category each month. Submitted photos must follow the themes specified for each competition to be eligible for voting.

By submitting a photo, you agree that the Online Photo Club may display your work on the website, social media, and promotional materials. Please ensure that your images are appropriate for all audiences. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification from the current competition and potential removal of your membership. Always double-check your submission for quality and compliance.

Competition Guidelines

Each month, we feature three categories of photography: Wildlife, Still Life, and Nature. Submissions must clearly fall within these categories. Each category will be judged by votes from club members and visitors. Voting is open for a limited time, and only valid submissions will appear on the voting page. Ensure your photo file name is descriptive and includes the category for easier organization.

Winners will be displayed in our online gallery and may receive recognition on our social media pages. Participants are encouraged to provide detailed captions for their photos to enrich the viewing experience. Always respect the work of fellow photographers and provide constructive feedback. Following these guidelines ensures a fair, enjoyable, and creative environment for everyone.
